About us

Gripfisk was established in 2008 by a group of people from Kristiansund with extensive experienced from the wellboat industry. As pioneers in the wellboat industry the first wellboat, Hølingen was built in 1965. Later we have been in involved in ownership and building of boats like Ole Knut, Veidnes, Gunnar Junior, Seifjord, Ivar Senior, Ronjafisk, Gripfisk, Grip Superior and Grip Transporter. In addition to ownership, building and operation we have been actively involved as crew on boats and brokerage internationally in countries like Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Scotland, England, Ireland, Island, Russia, Spain, France, Faroe Island and Chile.

Currently we own and operate Grip Superior 660 m³ and Grip Transporter 1250 m³. Sister ship of Grip Transporter, Grip Atlantic 1300 m³ and a new build of approximately1500 m³ is in the early project face / under evaluation of customers. In addition we are working on new pioneering project like a revolutionary Harvest Vessel and a new concept for Site Work Boat.
